Foil screen printing is a very popular option to add shimmer to your apparel. It is applied to your garments by first printing your design with a special glue. We then adhere the foil to the glue with our heat press. We recommend not foil screen printing on any part of your design that has very fine detail.
The most popular ink used in the garment printing industry is Plastisol ink. Screen printing plastisol ink is easy to print, does not dry in the screen, is opaque on dark garments, and features great adhesion to most t-shirt, athletic jerseys, hoodies, heat transfers, and most textiles in general.
Soft Hand Base for Plastisol Ink. It is great for those looking for a texture more like water based ink, especially when printed through a finer mesh screen. It is commonly used by screen printers producing high fashion garments, and anyone looking to get a less plastic-y feel to plastisol prints.
Water Based and Discharge Ink. The Basics: A high end ink made for super soft shirts (commonly used in retail printing). Feel: The water based print is super soft, breathable and literally a part of the garment. After the first wash, the print is unable to be felt on the shirt
